    SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have requested an estimate, consultation, or project appointment with Exterior Improvement Incorporation through our website at Exterior Improvement Incorporated, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include estimate and consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, project scheduling updates, crew arrival notifications, rescheduling updates (including weather-related changes), and customer support communications.

    2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.     Estimates, Consultations & Project Agreements

    Estimates: Any estimate or quote provided through the Site, by phone, or during an on-site consultation is an approximation based on the information available at the time and is not a binding contract. Final pricing is subject to an executed written agreement and may be adjusted based on site conditions, material availability, material costs, design changes, and the final scope of work.

    Project Agreements: All construction projects are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project contract, the signed project contract controls with respect to that project.

    Scheduling & Weather: Outdoor construction is weather-dependent. Project start dates, timelines, and completion dates communicated on the Site or during consultations are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit processing times, utility markings, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    Change Orders: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order and may affect project pricing and timeline.

    Permits & Approvals: Where required, permits and HOA or other approvals will be addressed in your written project contract. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the property owner is responsible for obtaining HOA approval for proposed improvements.

    Site Conditions: Estimates and project plans assume normal site conditions. Concealed or unforeseen conditions discovered during work (such as unstable soil, buried debris, unmarked utility lines, or existing structural defects) may require adjustments to scope, price, or schedule.

    Intellectual Property Rights
